Ich bestellte 2 Luftsprudler für meine Armatur und den dazugehörigen Schlüssel zum Lösen und Anbringen. Im Shop sind nicht genug Infos über die Teile, sodass ich den falschen Schlüssel bestellte (der Schlüssel wurde sogar von der Shop-Automatik mit angezeigt). Selbst der Support musste nach meiner Anfrage für das passende Teil beim Hersteller nachfragen, welches nun genau das passende ist. Firma ist nicht willig das passende Teil kostenfrei nachzusenden und hört irgendwann mit der Kommunikation auf. Es handelt sich um einen 2,-€ Artikel, den ich erneut bestellen müsste und dann kämen erneut 7,-€ Porto dazu. Somit komme ich gesamt auf rund 30 Euro für zwei Luftsprudler. Zusätzlich wurde die zuerst angezeigte Lieferzeit nicht eingehalten, da der Hersteller Lieferprobleme hatte, das wurde kommuniziert und kann ja mal passieren. Luftsprudler passen und sind so wie sie sein sollen.
